The Hip-Hop culture focused magazine was originally founded back in 1993 by Quincy Jones.

Chief Financial Officer Angela Zucconi said,” We will be making a statement by the end of the day. That’s all I can say at this point.” She referred additional questions to CEO Steve Aaron.

I haven’t seen anything to speak specifically about the website, but last I checked the site was still up and looking strong. Let’s hope at least that portion stays with us.
